Viamoxy provides virtual phone numbers, SMS verification services, email accounts, and phone rentals. Our services include:

• SMS verification codes for 1,312+ platforms
• Email accounts (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, ProtonMail)
• Phone rentals (Short-term 3 days, Long-term 30 days)
• API access for developers and resellers
• Wallet system with USD/NGN conversion

3. User Accounts

To use our services, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date
• Not sharing your API keys with unauthorized parties

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed in Nigerian Naira (₦) with live USD/NGN conversion. Funds added to your wallet never expire. Refunds are handled as follows:

• Services are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation
• Refunds are issued only if the service cannot be provided
• Orders that expire after 10 minutes are automatically refunded
• Manual refunds may be processed by admin in exceptional cases

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not use our services for:

• Illegal activities or fraud
• Harassment or spam
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempting to reverse engineer our platform
• Using automated scripts to abuse our services

6. Limitation of Liability

Viamoxy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
