Refund Policy

Digital Services Notice

Due to the instant nature of our digital services, refunds are handled differently than physical products. Please read this policy carefully.

Automatic Refunds

You will automatically receive a refund if:

  • Order expires after 10 minutes (auto-refund)
  • Provider fails to deliver the service
  • Technical error on our platform

No Refunds After

Refunds are not provided after:

  • Successful SMS delivery
  • Account credentials are viewed
  • 24 hours have passed since purchase

SMS Verification Refunds

For SMS verification services, refunds are issued if no SMS code is received within 10 minutes. The system automatically expires the order and refunds your wallet. If you receive the code after 10 minutes, you keep both the code and the refund (a win-win).

Account Delivery Refunds

For email and social accounts, you have 24 hours to verify the account is valid. If the account is invalid (cannot be logged in), contact support for a replacement or refund. Once successfully logged in, no refunds are provided.

Phone Rental Refunds

For phone rentals, refunds are only available within the first hour if the number is not working. After activation, no refunds are provided for the remaining rental period.

Wallet Deposits

Funds added to your wallet never expire. Deposits are non-refundable, but you can use the credits for any services at any time.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact our support team via WhatsApp or Telegram
  2. Provide your order number and explain the issue
  3. Include any relevant screenshots (for account issues)
  4. We'll review and process within 24 hours
